OTT Voucher PIN Not Working or Not Reflecting

Two things go wrong with OTT Voucher deposits: the cashier rejects the PIN, or it accepts it but the rand does not show. Most cases are a simple mistyped digit. Here is how to tell them apart and fix each one.

If the PIN is rejected as invalid

An invalid-PIN error is almost always a mis-keyed digit. Re-enter the 12-digit PIN slowly and carefully, checking each number against the slip — a 0 read as an 8, or a missed digit, is the usual culprit. If it still will not take, confirm the voucher has not already been redeemed: a used PIN is spent and cannot be replaced, which is why you should only ever buy from a real retailer or the OTT4Me app (see where to buy).

If the PIN is accepted but the rand does not show

First, refresh the cashier — a deposit can take a moment to settle. If it still has not reflected, contact support first, not OTT: the betting site allocates the deposit, so they are the ones who can trace and apply it. Keep the slip and PIN as proof when you get in touch. Once it is sorted, the steps in the deposit guide stay the same for next time.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my OTT Voucher PIN showing as invalid?

Usually a mistyped digit. Re-enter the 12-digit PIN carefully against the slip. If it still fails, the voucher may already have been redeemed, and a used PIN cannot be replaced.

My PIN was accepted but the money isn't in my account. What now?

Refresh the cashier first, as deposits can take a moment to settle. If it still does not reflect, contact support, who allocate the deposit, and keep your slip as proof.
