Invalid or already-redeemed PIN
An invalid PIN is usually a typo: 16 digits are easy to fumble, so re-enter it slowly and carefully. If it still fails, you may be holding the wrong voucher brand for this site, or a PIN that was not generated by Flash. An already-redeemed message means the value has been used, whether spent, double-submitted, or exposed and resold before it reached you. Redeemed but not reflecting
