Capitec Pay funds your CasinOnline account from the Capitec app using the cell phone number linked to your Capitec account. There is no card number to type and no internet-banking login. You approve the amount in the app and the money reflects immediately. Below are the steps and the difference between the two Capitec Pay options you may see in the cashier.

  1. Open the cashier and choose Capitec Pay.
  2. Enter the amount, then enter the cell phone number linked to your Capitec account.
  3. An approval request lands in your Capitec app. Open the app.
  4. Check the amount and merchant, then approve with your PIN or biometrics.
  5. The funds reflect in your CasinOnline balance immediately.

Make sure the Capitec app is installed, logged in and has notifications on, and that the cell number on your betting account matches your Capitec-registered number. Capitec Pay vs Capitec Pay By Ozow

You may see two options. Both use the same Capitec Pay rail and the same in-app approval, so the experience inside the Capitec app is identical.

  • Capitec Pay calls the bank directly and usually keeps you on the cashier page.
  • Capitec Pay By Ozow routes through the Ozow gateway, so you may see an Ozow screen and a brief redirect.
