No Deposit Bonus Problems & Fixes

Most no deposit bonus trouble comes down to a handful of rules. Here are the common snags and what causes each one.

Bonus not credited

If the bonus did not arrive, start with verification: confirm your email and phone are verified. If the offer needs a code, remember codes are case-sensitive, so check capitals and spaces. Note that no deposit bonuses are usually limited to one per person and per household, so a shared address or a second account will be blocked. If it still has not credited and your account is verified with the correct code, the offer may simply have expired.

Won, but can't withdraw

The usual cause is that the wagering is not met yet, so the winnings are still bonus funds. Even once met, the max-cashout cap applies — 5x the bonus capped at R50,000 — and anything above is forfeited. A max-bet-while-wagering rule can void winnings if you staked over the limit, and bonus play is often restricted to set games, so spins on excluded games may not count. Finally, FICA verification (SA ID and proof of address) must clear before any payout. See keep what you win for how the cap works.

Frequently asked questions

I met the wagering but my withdrawal is still blocked. Why?

Check three things: you cannot withdraw while an active bonus still sits in your bonus wallet, your win may exceed the cashout cap (the overage is forfeited), and FICA verification must be complete before a first payout.
