The bonus never arrived
Usually one of three things. You missed the opt-in or code — the offer is live only briefly, so it is easy to deposit just after it lapses. Your deposit did not qualify — it was below the minimum, made on the wrong day, or used an excluded method. Withdrawal blocked or bonus lost

Frequently asked questions
I deposited but got no reload — can it be added afterwards?
Usually not. If the deposit was made outside the live window, below the minimum, or without the required opt-in, the match cannot normally be applied retroactively. Contact support with the deposit details, but expect to wait for the next scheduled reload.
Why can't I withdraw while I have a reload bonus active?
CasinOnline does not allow withdrawals while an active bonus is in the bonus wallet. You must finish the wagering or forfeit the bonus first. Once the bonus wallet is clear, normal withdrawals resume, subject to FICA and the 5x / R50,000 cap.
